By offering an Insurance Backed Guarantee, you will give your client the confidence that they are engaging with a firm who has undergone a strict financial vetting process with GGFi. 
  • No membership fees or hidden costs: We believe transparency is key with all working relationships. In addition to not charging membership fees, we do not impose minimum to buy, or advance bulk buying. Everything is pay-as-you go. For any month you do not register an installation, a £10+VAT monthly account admin fee applies. Invoice payments are collected by direct debit so there is no chance of late payment penalties.
  • Dedicated and responsive team: our friendly and informed administrative team are available to answer your queries from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
  • Open, honest advice: We are happy to talk you through any questions you may have in relation to an existing policy or the schemes that GGFi offers.
  • Swift Turnaround: We understand customers have great expectations and plenty of choice. The faster you can liaise with a customer the better. It’s the same for us here. From receiving a completed one-off warranty insurance application, we aim to have a reply within the same working day.
