The GGFi Members Area is an important tool for our registered clients - a one-stop shop that enables our members to register installations with us, view their invoices and keep up to date with any relevant scheme developments.
Many GGFi registered businesses use the Members Area daily and we regularly seek feedback from them about their experiences to help us identify improvements.
Today we’re excited to announce the launch of an update to the Members Area that has been directly influenced by feedback from GGFi members.
In particular we’ve responded to suggestions about how the layout of the Members Area could be improved, with a visual refresh designed to make it easier for members to navigate the website and find what they’re looking for.
We expect this will make a big difference for our registered businesses. Client Administrator Irene Akpojaro, who often assists GGFi members with the Members Area, has been working closely with GGF Group colleagues at Borough IT on the project. She has been impressed with the newly launched refresh.

"Previously, the Members Area was slightly cluttered and clients would frequently tell me that although they found it a useful online tool, they struggled to locate certain key functions on the site. With this new layout, such concerns will be a thing of the past.
We outlined to our colleagues in Borough IT the feedback we’d received from members and how we think the new-look site ought to be – nevertheless, Borough IT have exceeded our expectations. The new Members Area looks clean, crisp and is very user-friendly indeed. I’m convinced our clients will be impressed!"
